![]() Listed below are categories of specific items which the Order would like to acquire either for its archives or for the charitable cause of its officers and members. Click on each subheading to see a list of specific items the Order would like to have. If an item is submitted that is not on the list, it is up to the discretion of the Order to decide which items are acceptable for its purpose or not.
All texts concerning the following variety of subjects are a welcome addition to the Order:
All pictures of or from the medieval period are welcome. Picture of knights, lords and ladies are welcome. Heraldic bearings, pictures of roses. Each member of the Order should try to have picture of him or herself to submit to the Order if possible. Good ideas would be to be dressed in military regalia, a suit, religious dress, or for ladies their nicest dress. All flags and crests are welcome. Especially those of countries, provinces, districts, counties, and cities represented by the various members of the Order. Flags bearing the heraldic arms of members of the Order are very welcome. All war medals, ribbons, uniforms, equipment, photographs, etc. Especially those of members who have served and no longer use such items. All recording of early Christian music, up to Gregorian chants, to modern-day Christian hymns. Also good is instrumental music from the medieval and renaissance period. Sound recordings of certain books may also be acceptable. Please refer to the books section to find out what kinds of books as sound recordings may be appropriate. All pictures concerning the history of the medieval period are welcome. Movies about war that have a chivalric or obvious and overt Christian themes may also be acceptable. Mythical movies based on King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table are also welcome. All stamps and coins that have heraldic symbols or chivalric or medieval subjects would be welcomed. Coins from the medieval period, specifically 1000 to 1350 A.D. are wanted. Any other objects whatsoever that concern the
subject of chivalry and related topics. Examples could include everything
from statues to tin soldiers. ![]() |
